Guest guest
Sandy, I just read your note and I am SO SORRY to hear of your brother's death. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you look into Bob Beck's Brain tuner. According to one of Bob Beck's presentations, 95 (+)% of the people who use it for depression, insomnia, anxiety, (and several other things) have a COMPLETE REVERSAL of their symptoms within one month of using it 30 minutes per day. My friend was very concerned about her daugher who lived in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina came through, and every time she used it, it relieved her depression/anxiety/etc. so much that she was able to cope. My schitzophrenic/depressed sister has been using it 4-5 days per week for about 3 weeks, and just told me Monday that she's been symptom-free for a week (no voices)!!!! The Brain Tuner is a POWERFUL DEVICE. Let it help... Guest guest
Sandy, sorry to hear it. I think anything you would use at the physical level might work best along with counselling. That seems to be the widest-held belief, not sure it's always right, but where the drugs fail and other methods fail, when combined with counselling the results are far better. bob > > > > I have not been visiting any of the forums lately. > > > > My only brohter was found dead about a month ago. > > > > >
Guest guest
Sandy, you are not alone. We are all with you, do not give up hope. I would suggest, as well as utilising the brian tuner, to do purchase the following: 1. A water Ionizer. Anyone in the Jupiter range is good. 2. Celtic Sae Salt. Every day, drink half your body weight (in ounces) of Alkaline water. So if you are 100 lbs in weight, drink 50 ounces of Alkaline water. For every Litre of water you drink (32 ounces), add to it 1/4 tea spoon of Celtic sea salt. Blessings and Love to you always Uzoma > > I have not been visiting any of the forums lately. > > My only brohter was found dead about a month ago. > > This is so hard I don't know if I am going to make it. > He was the only brohter I have and he lived alone. > He was found three days after he passed away. Guest guest
Hi Sandy; Sorry to hear about your brother. Just know that crying is very healing. Our society does not do well with seeing someones grief and associated crying with falling apart etc. The opposite is true. Crying is the healing of the hurt. It is best to have a shoulder to cry on, unabashed and uninterrupted. If you dont have anybody to be with you that way, you can just cry by yourself also. Telephone works too. It may take many hours of crying, but each time it gets a little better. crying is healing love le le Check out the New - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster. Guest guest
Dear Miss Sandy, I know how depressed you feel. The deep sorrow and pain that feels like someone has ripped your heart out with a crow bar. I not only lost my brother when he was 24, but I lost my dear nephew who was murdered just a few years ago. I cried to hard that my eyes were red, swollen and glued shut so that I could not see out of them. In the state of Alaska, I was able to get the state to pay for grief counseling for victims of violence. I know I did much better than the rest of my family who did not have counseling. It helps so much just to have friends that will listen to console. It's been 2 years since my Gerald was murdered. Not a day goes by that I do not think of him. I even dreamed of him when he was a little boy. You will never get over this death, no matter what. Time will gradually heal you to the point where the pain is bearable. I think of the resurrection to come, and that in my family with live in God's kingdom together again. This reality is what gives us all hope, and what I try to remember when I feel depressed. I have left my email, if you want to talk. Elaine in Alaska ak_lavenderlady@... --- le Kayser <healer2001@...> wrote: > Hi Sandy; > > Sorry to hear about your brother. Guest guest
Flax seed oil (the better the quality the better the taste) mix 2 tbls of it with some apple juice. you can get more details at treatdepression.org , but that is basicly all you need to do. i have been on 5 different antidepressants in the past, but i havent been on any for the past 3 years doing the flax oil and apple juice. the apple juice just helps the taste, the omega 3 in the flax oil is what boost seritonin and dopamine. I am sorry for your loss. > > > > I have not been visiting any of the forums lately. > > > > My only brohter was found dead about a month ago. > > > > >
Guest guest
Taking proportionately correct supplemental Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium should there be deficiencies will also help. And Vit C and the B's as well. Stress depletes these very basic and very necessary nutrients."r.mohr" <r.mohr@...> wrote: Flax seed oil (the better the quality the better the taste) mix 2 tbls of it with some apple juice. you can get more details at treatdepression.org , but that is basicly all you need to do. i have been on 5 different antidepressants in the past, but i havent been on any for the past 3 years doing the flax oil and apple juice. the apple juice just helps the taste, the omega 3 in the flax oil is what boost seritonin and dopamine.
