,

1 stick of butter is 8 tablespoons that equate to 1/2 cup. There is a web

page with the information

http://www.free-gourmet-recipes.com/conversions.shtml

good luck,

Anyone in the U.S. who can answer a stick of butter Q

right now??

Hello,

Long time since I've said anything here!

I'm in Oz and am trying to cook a U.S. recipe that calls for 2 " sticks " of

butter. We don't have " sticks " of butter here so I wondered if someone

there can tell me how much is in a " stick " so I can put in the correct

amount???

Smiles,

BLESS YOU. I think even I can understand this.

Terry

Of I put a pic of my husband having lunch. Shrimp salad and a Bloody

Espuma.

I should have put something green in the shrimp salad. I usually add dill but

didn't have any; I should have added chopped parsley.

Am I understanding what I googled, that Espuma basically means a pudding

our mousse? So what you are making is a savory vs sweet pudding/mousse?
