Hi CB,

I too have the exact same problem as you do with your skin, I have discovered when I have a day off from the diet and I eat too much sugar or drink alcohol my hands get itchy & break out, but also household chemicals are terrible and break me out immediately. I believe there is a book with natural alternatives to household chemicals, I'll try to find out the name for you.

Also has anyone ever made spelt bread? I tried it today and it came out of the oven like a brick, is this right is it supposed to be a heavy bread?

thanks!

Hi ,

You asked:. The problem I am still having is the skin rashes... they are not really bad but I tend to get blotches sometimes on my face..... Does wheat cause this? * * * * * * * For me, it was wheat, dairy and grains. I used to have a body rash when I started this diet. . . now it has isolated to my hands and it isn't caused by food anymore. I have contact eczema to soap products. I have used soaps that have taken my first layer of skin right off, and some that have made my skin crack and bleed about 15 minutes after using them. I used to feel like I needed one of those bubbles that Travolta had in that movie about that boy who didn't have an immune system and had to live in a sterile bubble-room. I used to be in so much pain from my skin with hardly any relief in sight until ER4YT. Oh, and another thing, this diet cured my MAJOR acid reflux problem. Best to you. ..

Aloha
