Guest guest
Hi Mam Sweet Wheat is a powdered wheat grass. No nutritional relation to wheat grain and is OK for O's as far as I know. I have tried many kinds but the Sweet Wheat is the only one I have tried that tastes like fresh wheat grass juice. Check out www.SweatWheat.com Kathy --- MAMZEL150@... wrote: > In a message dated 7/15/01 9:56:26 AM Eastern > Daylight Time, > kathymatthews@... writes: > > > > , Sweet wheat pwdr, > > > > Hi again, > > Is sweet wheat powder okay for type O's since wheat > is an avoid? Guest guest
Hey Mam Info from a brochure on Sweet Wheat 1 teaspoon is the nutritional equivalent of 1.5 lbs raw veges. Contains: Amino Acids Enzymes Minerals Vitamins Chlorophyll You know the benefits of juicing? This is juice in a powder form with the nutrients intact. Guest guest
I have just read about the Hypocrates ( sorry if spelling is incorrect) Institute, which advocates consuming raw vegetables. Their staple is wheat grass/-juice.( Mind you, they are competely vegan, so you have to wear your O bloodgoup glasses if you deal with them, but their raw veggie recipes are really interesting! ) Does anybody have any knowledge or experience with this type of eating? Guest guest
Hey Rose I know of Hypocrated Institute. If I remember correctly It works with raw juices and sprouted raw foods. As an O you need the proteins which need to be cooked but doing your fruits and veges raw is excellent. And soaking and sprouting your grains also makes them better for you also.
