I did mix my own and I used a 5,000 ampule with 2ml of coloital silver and 13ml of B complex. I do 1/2ml morning and night and this lasts 15 days. If you break down the IUs, I guess I'm getting about 150IU per dose. I drink water all throughout the day - along with hot tea. I really appreciate your information about the sweets in the morning (grapefruit). I will defenantly give that a try! Protein always sticks with me longer than fruits or veggies.
