Guest guest Posted February 10, 2010 Report Share Posted February 10, 2010 I am starting my VLCD tomorrow and I was wondering if ALL my food needs to be organic? I only have about 15lbs to lose, so will it really matter if I just buy my fruit and vegies at Walmart? I only have one organic food store around here and it is VERY small, and VERY expensive b/c there is no competition. I was hoping I could just buy the rest of my fruits and vegies non-organic and just stick to organic meats. Any help or information is greatly appreciated!
