Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 I feel way better with 10--- a few times when i felt really stressed, I tried to take 20 and i felt like a zombie the next day.. I can only take 10 and i have to take it at 7pm and be in bed by 9 to feel really good.. I notice a HUGE HUGE diff. with 10-- I honestly feel like a NEW person in so many ways. 10 or 20? A couple of days this week I felt extra anxious and agitated, so those days I took 15 mg. In just 4 weeks Lexapro has change d me into the person I used to be. I feel alive, Im happy and my 8 yr old son, said he likes this new mommy. I hope things stay this way, i cannot imagine going back to the way I used to be. (I take it in the morning at breakfast time, would it be better to take it a night? AND-- to the rest of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I realized that i am not even taking 10--- my pills are 10 and I cut them in half so I am only taking 5mg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some people complain that if they take it in the morning, it makes them tired. If it makes you tired in the morning, then take it at bedtime.
