---Very nice Dr. Dan. I only disagree with one word in your whole

letter. That being the placement of the word " appropriate " in front

of " the war on drugs " . Other than that, nice job.

Robin and Madison,

I'll tone down the partisian aspect. Also, I put his letterhead where my should

go. Thanks. Basically, I want this guy to know I live in his neighborhood, and

that I'm a vocal person willing to state my politics (albeit, during appropriate

times and manner).

Thanks again.

--- Actually Dr. Dan, it was Robin who disagreed with the

partisanship, not me. I think you should leave it in. You could just

add some names of Democrats who are hypocrites as well. That would be

easy enough. My disagreement was with the words " our appropriate war

on drugs " . How bout changing the word appropriate to " our immoral war

on drugs " ?

Are any of you familiar with the words " Due Process "

and " constitutional rights " ???? The Fifth Amendment guarantees five

rights of a very diverse nature.

Amendment V -

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise

infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand

Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the

Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor

shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in

jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal

case to be a witness against himself, NOR BE DEPRIVED OF LIFE,

LIBERTY, OR PROPERTY, WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW; nor shall private

property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

You may want to include those two phrases in your letters as they

create much more interest from politicians when you are attempting

to get their attention.

Its pretty well known that medical boards are protected from constitutional law,

especially with respect to rules of evidence. It would take a very tough

Supreme Court ruling to accomplish this. It might even require amending the

Constitution.
