In my 30's I had an opthamologist who explained to me about

Heterochromia. At that time he told me incidence of it occurring is 1

in 300,000. As the commonality of the color combinations is

considered. 1 brown and 1 green came in at 1 in a million.

I also have greyish color in the white of my eyes. The doctor explained

that this is caused by an " oversplash " of pigment into the white of the

eye. My green eye is very pale green with gold flicks around the

pupil, and my brown eye is so dark brown it is almost black.
