Dear all,

Please see below and attached a request for

individuals benefiting from Global Fund-supported programs to share their

stories at http://www.hereiamcampaign.org/tell-your-story.

The Here I Am Campaign is being led by civil

society and will be used as a tool to demonstrate to donors the importance of

fully replenishing the Global Fund this fall. Please share this call for

stories with your networks. If you have any questions please let me know.

Cheers,

As

part of the Here I Am Campaign we

have gathered many stories

of beneficiaries of the Global Fund (and other donors) on the Here I am

Campaign website, but we would like to reach a higher number: From

today until the first day of the MDG Summit (20th September)

we would like to have 200 stories on the website!

And

we would like you to help us spreading the news to all your networks,

communities and field offices.

Please

share this email broadly and encourage your partners/colleagues/contacts to upload their stories on

the website. It only takes a little bit of your and their time!!

Attached is a call for more stories that you can easily share or post on your

websites, facebook sites etc.

We

are planning some activities around the MDG summit and the Global Fund

Replenishment conference and we want to reach a symbolic number of 200 stories

to show policy makers and decision makers at the Summit and the conference who is

behind the Global Fund –the beneficiaries.

So

far the media and advocacy work done with the Here I am Campaign stories has

been very successful! Also part of the campaign we are working on the final

sprint work towards the Replenishment Conference in October, organizing some

country visits of the Here I Am Ambassadors to Japan, The Netherlands, Denmark,

Germany, the UK, USA and Canada in September. Let us know if you want more

information on this!

Thank

you so much in advance.
