Guest guest
I have to admit that the clear liquid stage is difficult. I have not had any hunger pain but the mental part of being around food and not being able to eat anything has been the hard part. I was rewarded today with my fist time on the scale. The day of surgery I was 360 today 338! Loosing 22 poounds so quickly gives a renewed drive to make it through this stage with-out cheating. I actually had a dream the night before last, that I was hired as an expert food taste tester for a new trendy resteraunt that was to open here in Phoenix. The highly touted chef hired me because all his employees were afraid to give an honest opinion of new dishes he came up with. I was actually to recieves some bonus (a can't remember what it was)for every 65 meals I tried. Its so funny to me, I have never had a dream about food before. I guess its my mind trying to get its food fix. Thoughs of you that also had surgery recently stick with it, dont cheat, do a little walking, and the weight will come of. Thanks for everyone continuing support and good luck to all future bandsters you be glad you did it. Ken
