Hi Dee,

There is no video on the Pineal point. It is not part of EFT. If you

have seen the tapping of EFT, you know the above eye point. The

Pineal point is right next to the above eye point, in the midline.

The tapping you do is in the same rhythm as the EFT, but you really

only need to focus on the emotion, pain, or whatever you're tapping

about, not say out a full affirmation - though it does not hurt to say

one out.
