Hello,

I am studying the EFT points and its meridians correspondence.

I'd like to know about the sore spot. What's the Acupuncture

reference for this point?

Thanks in advance,

Love,

,

I use lugols topically every day on my breast (I have BC) My onc has noted a difference in the texture - less cystic. It certainly can't hurt to try - but do investigate if there is a lump.

sore spot

Ya'll please forgive me if this is TMI.. lol I have a sore, tender spot on the bottom (at the crease) of left boob... I can feel a little something there, like it's a little swollen or something. (I have an appointment at health dept. already so going to ask about it)

Is that something Iodine would help with do you think? I have been hearing about people using iodine for cysts and stuff like that..

Thanks

Jess

Sometimes iodine creates a healing crisis where things feel worse before they get better. Some women with breast cysts have reported pain in their cystic areas but iodine creates cell death so who knows - that might be what is happening.

at work today there was a Womans World (supermarket mag?). that listed 5 things to do to prevent BC--one of them was "use a dash of salt" b/c iodine could prevent BC.

Docs are telling ppl to go on a low salt diet but now "just a dash" is OK?
