Subject: Grounding and Chakra

Balancing Testimony

I had the pleasure of going througha chakra balancing and grounding

session with Dayu this morning. What a wonderful spirit she has! I have

been very excited to do this as I know it is the right time in my life to take

this step.

My experience was very visual as well as tactile. I could see

everything that was going on, my chakras opening and balancing and growing,

light descending and ascending. I felt warmth surge through me as each chakra

was opened and balanced. I felt muscles in certain parts of my body

involuntarily twitch as if they were equalizing as well. As we grounded to the

earth I felt heavy, like I was solidly connected to the ground/earth. It was

actually an extremely comforting feeling to me. We were asked to change the

color of our grounding cord as we went throughout our day and into the next

week. That has been an adventure just to remember, but as I remember and do it,

it is as if I reconnect or make that connection more solid. I also had the

experience of having specific phrases I felt I should work on later through EFT

as I went through this process. So I am excited to follow through on those as

well.

Afterward, I felt a sudden euphoria as well as a surge of energy.

Everything just appeared brighter and warmer, which is unusual. (We are in the Rocky Mountains and it is already cold here!). Shortly

after, I felt tremendous fatigue. I have no desire to eat, but am accompanied

by a tremendous thirst! I am following the way I feel as well as just listening

quietly. I have had no desire for outside stimulii (i.e. tv, music, reading,

phone etc). I am usually a person who goes 90 miles an hour on several

different projects at a time and now I feel extremely focused, calm and slow

(can't think of a better word)

I am very grateful to have this experience and to be part of the

changes that occur as I proceed. I would encourage you as you contemplate the

right time for you to do this to read about the different symptoms and things

that can happen. Definitely an experience I will cherish!

I had a miracle

happen yesterday. My son is special needs, he was in a special care home for 2

years. His " special care mom " was a very close friend. We lost

contact over the years. I had even heard she died. Her numbers were

disconnected and my email went unanswered. When I was told she died last

spring, I grieved for her. Yesterday, She called me!!!! I know this was due to

the balancing and grounding we did. She is very healthy and doing well. She had

lost my numbers and information when her computer crashed. Then they bought a

home and moved. Yesterday, she said that she had gotten her computer again

after settling in their new home and felt inspired to find my children on the

internet (she couldn't locate me). She called one of my daughters and then

called me! That was worth it all to me...
