This morning, I worked on my exercise ball for 30 minutes before getting

ready for a doctor's appointment and my work day. Found out I had gained 4

lb this month! Sheeeeesh! Of course, this is my " period week " , too...I'm

hoping there's at least 4 lb of water weight in there! I called Curves to

see about a membership. I've gone there before, but it's been a few years.

They are supposed to be having a special right now where you pay no

registration fee or something like that. I also might start walking with my

sister at the track. She does that 3 nights/week. I don't know if I can

start out doing 10 laps like she does, but I might be able to at least walk

at a decent pace for 30 minutes! I also have a Gazelle in the shed ... need

to get my husband to get that thing out and into the house for me. I'm

going to do this!
