That's one meat I can eat, too . Thanks for reminding me. I rec'd

a monster spiral cut at T'giving as a gift, and ate ham til I

couldn't look at it, but it does sound good again.

I need to call on your experience on another issue, . I think you

have more experience with Curves than I with my three initial visits.

Something is irritating the new joint in my foot. I tried resting it

from that machine where you power out backwards with your arch on the

curved foot pad the last visit, working the other leg only. And I'm

watching what I do on the rest stations so I don't twist that foot.

Any thoughts? It's the joint in my foot nearest where my pinkie

attaches.
