Re: Using EFT for stroke recovery

Karon, I am an applied kinesiologist. I once had a client who was a

stroke patient, who I worked on while doing an EFT demo for a group

of old folks in Montreal.

In the demo, I found out that when I asked him to do EFT on the side

that was affected, he did not have good results, but when he did it

on the side that was not affected, he reported feeling much better.

Subsequently he came to see me for 6-7 sessions of Reiki/Cranio-

Sacral and Kalos wholistic work, and continued to do the EFT at home

daily.

At the time I stopped working with him, he was not fully

recovered...however, I found that keeping up with the EFT and energy

treatments - Cranio and Reiki helped him tremendously on a weekly

basis, as did some nutritional cleansing and detox work that he

needed to do. I also made sure that his nutritional deficiencies -

vitamins and minerals and herbs - were met. He also started using

magnetic insoles in his shoes that he reported brought him benefits.

So my suggestion is do the EFT, but do it on the side which is not

paralysed/affected....and if your Mom cannot do it herself, then do

it by proxy for her. In addition, I'm sure your kinesiologist will

test for other imbalances that need to be corrected.

I personally work with 10 different modalities for healing - the

structural, the nutritional, the emotional, the electrical, exercise

and rest, cleanse, Bach Flowers, chakras, spiritual and the

reactives. Balancing the circuits and doing corrections for dyslexia

may help her a lot, too, as the reactives (groups of muscles that

work in conjunction with opposite hemispheres of the brain) may well

need correction and balancing. If you'd like any further help, you

can write to me directly at sequoia40@....

Apologies for the delay in response.... it can be anywhere from 2

weeks to a month sometimes before I can answer questions and emails

onlist or offlist by private email!

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,

Daya
