Guest guest
Last Sunday I went out to work with an old friend to see if I could get her fibromyalgia under control and came away with some rather pleasant surprises. I had talked to her husband earlier in the week and mentioned to him that I had this new technique that might be able to bring his wife some relief. He was all for it as they both had resigned themselves to the belief that she was going to be suffering from this condition for the rest of her life. When I got out there, I asked her how her fibromyalgia was doing. She said that it was doing pretty good and not giving her much trouble at the moment. She then went on and mentioned that she had this severe neck pain. I thought I might as well give EFT a shot to see if I could help her get rid of it. After just two rounds it vanished and even I was surprised by that! Now, I know how powerful EFT is, but I never expected to get her cleared that fast. Suffice it to say, it really made my day. On Monday I thought I'd give her a call and see if the treatment held and was surprised by what she said next. Yes, it had held and although there was a time or two when she sensed it trying to come back, the minute she sensed it, it disappeared. She thanked me for helping her to get rid of it as she had been suffering from this pain for 20 years. Had I been sitting in a chair, I would have fallen out of it! I had no idea that she has carried this pain around with her for that long. She went on to say that she didn't really believe that EFT could help her but she thought she'd give it a try, what could it hurt? Well, I think on that day, I made a believer out of her and gave myself a much needed boost in confidence. So the moral of the story is, as says, try it on everything. Don't be afraid to give EFT a shot, even if you or your client doesn't think it'll work on their particular problem. You never know when miracles might happen! Anyway, just thought I pass this along... -Jef
