Guest guest
Sounds like you have it all together... Keep up the good work Dacia! TeraseeDacia <DEReinke@...> wrote: I'm still here! Just been really busy lately. To be honest, I've been feeling really overwhelmed by life & really stressed out the past week. But today is a new day! I am going to start exercising again this afteroon. I have found that it is my greatest stress reliever. My husband left on a 3-week mission trip to the deaf in Ghana, West Africa this past Wednesday. He will be gone until Feb. 1. The last couple of weeks have been focused on getting him ready for that. Then a month after that he & our oldest son will be going to India for another 3-week mission trip. This is my hubby's 7th trip to Ghana. The one to India is the first one. Our son's principal gave him permission to miss school for 3 weeks in order to go with my husband. I have today off from work in observance of MJK birthday. Both boys are in school. Hubby is gone. I have been doing some cleaning. Actually some cleaning out of things. The clutter in our home is one of my major "stressors" in life. I get like this every time takes off for his mission trips. I go through & give the house a good cleaning out. is a major clutter keeper. I keep telling him that me getting rid of the clutter is a price he pays for being gone from home for 3 weeks. I have made several trips to the burning barrel in the back yard this morning. One of the things I took out was a box of candy that has been in our home for a while. Whenever we go to events & put up the exhibt for deaf missions, we have found that having candy at the booth is a big draw for getting people to stop by and see the display. We've had this box of tootsie rolls, dots, etc. in our basement. I KNOW it is there. Usually I can ignore it -- but sometimes the temptation is too much. Before Christmas I had asked my husband to get it out of the house or I would take it out and burn it. Well, it was still here -- hubby ain't. The box went out to the burning barrel this morning. It is burning as I am typing this. I've also been working at cleaning out all of those unhealthy foods that have snuck back into our kitchen & pantry. I am telling my teenage sons that if they want to eat this stuff, then they have to keep it in ther rooms or in their cars. I can't have it in the house right now. Some of it is also making it out to the compost pile & the bird/squirrel feeder. The birds & squirrels will eat well today -- and so will the coons & possums tonight! This afternoon I go to my doc appointment -- this is my weight-loss doc. Time for me to get serious about this weight loss journey again. After my doc appointment I will be going back to the YMCA to begin working out again. Then will stop at the grocery store and stock up on some of the healthier foods that I need. Guest guest
0 panther piss is organic iron and you'll taste the acv and molasses in it... super tonic has a bite (cayenne) golden color... organic iron dark brown.SV <shavig@...> wrote: I was cleaning out a kitchen shelf and I found a jar of panther piss and one of super tonic. Someone on this list sent them to me last year and I totally forgot. I AM SO SORRY! Now I don't know which is which. I'm thinking the super tonic is the more golden color one? And lastly, what do I do with the panther piss? I'm assuming it is ingested, but for what purpose? Thank you and if the person who sent them to me would speak up I would like to make restitution. Guest guest
Yes, I could taste a sweetness in the dark one. So I'm assuming a teaspoon or tablespoon every so often? It's not bad tasting and the super tonic is really good. Of course I'm the one who used to sneak in mom's cupboard and drink vinegar when I was a kid! And I ate rock salt. Guest guest
Shari, I believe I was the one that sent the Panther Piss and the Total Tonic to you, I was cleaning out my closet and realized I had an abundance and was sharing the wealth. There is no need for restitution, I just hope that you enjoy them.
Guest guest
Thank you ! I am so glad I found them. I've been re-inspired to take a little better care of myself and these will help me along. I appreciate your generosity and hope I can pass something along to someone someday that will help them as well. Much gratitude to you - Shari
