took part in Dayu's Grounding 101 and Chakra Balancing session today. I

highly recommend that everyone do this!

The Grounding was unlike any grounding I have ever done

before. I could feel the energy moving through my body. When

we changed the colors of the grounding cord I felt peace and tranquility at

light blue. I especially felt it at the solar plexus when we changed to

the yellows. Even now I feel a warmth at the grounding connection that is

soothing. I also have noticed that any fears that come up don't last

long. They just seem to melt away.

The Chakra Balancing was very effective. I now feel

that all my chakras are open and energy is just flowing through me. I

again felt it at my solar plexus. It was like it was filled with warm

flowing energy. At the thrid eye I felt a slight headache for a second or

two and then it was gone and I felt open and cleared. When you talked

about energy flowing up from the earth through all the chakras, it was like I

became this giant fountain with energy just streaming through me and gushing

out of my crown. I could feel drops of energy falling back onto me from

above. It was the most incredible rush I have ever felt! I didn't

want it to stop! I now feel peaceful and calm. I'm more

connected and free then I was before.

Thank you Dayu for everything. I can't wait for the

DNA activation!
