You can get full descriptions of them, just call 800-HERBDOC and ask for a catalog and patient handbook. They will also send you on-going sales stuff once or twice a month. I'll warn you that Schulze is a crusader and he is out to get you on his plan. None the less, I like a lot of what he says, and I REALLY like his overall ideas about prevention and living in a healthy way. Even though I sometimes think he is heavy-handed, much of his advice is very useful. His cleanse programs are a bowel cleanse, an liver/gallbladder cleanse, and a kidney cleanse. All involve a combination of using herbs (which he sells), and raw food and juice diets ( " fasting " ) for a couple of days. He recommends a 5-day cleanse once each quarter (4 times a year) for people who are basically healthy and are doing maintenance. There are other cleanse programs and products out there also. I'm just suggesting that you read about his, as part of the exploration process. If you want to do a detox program with lots of company for the trip, read the website of Optimum Health Institute. They provide very specific guidelines, and feed you. They do NOT use herbs at all. best, Moria
Guest guest
- Dear , Some basic cleanses would be bowel...Homozon works well for this. Liver...I like Dr. 's liver cleanse and her parasite cleanse. Lymph draining...rebounding is my favorite. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these and they can only enhance your life. If I had to use just one, I would do the rebounding as it detoxes each and every cell. Gail -- In oxyplus , " BioSil " <biosil@w...> wrote: > The recent posts have aroused my interest in detoxing. Guest guest
Thank you and everyone else for the replies I received! Interestingly enough I found an old posting / article of Dr Schulze's which is what really got me motivated so good to hear a confirmation from " out there " . Guest guest
Suzi So is this something you do just the once or do you do this everyday? Or are there a set number of day to do this? Actually this doesn't sound too bad. I have a nice juicer and I can get artichockes and the rest in the recipe. Also, do you think that adding radishes and some raw beets to this would help or should I just eat them as they are? Thanks a bunch. The ability to encourage movement of waste products through your intestines. 2. The ability to encourage your digestive organs to release digestive juices that can help to optimally break down recently ingested food. 3. The ability to draw toxins out of your tissues. With these properties in mind, here is one of the most effective detox juice recipes that I know of: Artichoke, Cilantro, and Radish Detox Juice Recipe Ingredients: 4 Jerusalem artichokes2 handfuls of fresh cilantro4 radishes3 carrots1 tablespoon of green food powder that contains chlorella Directions: Use a juicer to press all ingredients except green food powder into a vegetable juice. Combine juice and green food powder in a bottle with a secure lid and shake well for 10 or more seconds. Enjoy within an hour of making this effective detox juice. Notes: Jerusalem artichokes are rich in the soluble fiber inulin, which is known to encourage healthy bowel function. Cilantro and chlorella are regularly recommended by many health practitioners, for purposes of detoxification. Radishes are known to stimulate the release of bile from the gall bladder. Bile is needed for optimal digestion of fat. Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered. Guest guest
i would say maybe once a month.. unless you have some major problem you're addressing - drugs for instance.. and it depends on your body and what it does the first day... if it works the first day - I would not do it again for a week (problem).. if just general cleansing.. once a month or every other month = depends too on how you overall diet is too. Someone like Shari.. probably once or twice a year.. Suzi List Owner health What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered.
