Welcome, dear friends. The time of winter is traditionally the time of rest.

So many wish to imagine themselves like hibernating bears. sleeping through

the months of cold and snow while the world waits breathlessly for the first

signs of spring. To us, winter is, indeed, a time to rest, but we consider

rest to be more of an action word. To us, rest involves processing the

lessons and energies of the past, releasing what lessons are not yours and

filing away those which are. Rest involves considering the future by

creating dreams, desires, goals and intentions. And rest. the rest of your

long, dark winter months. involves centering yourself in the present moment

through focus, meditation and intention.

This winter, we would like to propose using all these past, present and

future energies to help anchor freedom even more deeply into your 4D

reality. We know that most of you are living in a country where freedom is

often taken for granted. You feel you are free, have always been free (at

least within living memory) and will always be free. Well, we are here to

discuss the urgent need for new levels of worldwide freedom and the two most

important tools to create that.

You have all been through some very difficult times in these last few years.

Interesting to us, as we shared that thought, we could feel many of you

thinking of the terrorism of 9/11/2001. We would like you to think more

globally and realize that this same issue of terrorism is not new and has

been experienced by all of you. day after day, decade after decade. century

after century.

Many are already working to change this antiquated paradigm. For those of

you who are just beginning or who have not yet begun but know you want to be

part of the solution. read on!

When something goes wrong in your life repeatedly, how do you stop that flow

of unhappiness? Do you stop it by doing what you have always done? Do you

stop it by repeating the same errors that originated and continued the

problem? Or do you discontinue what did not work and determine to try

something new?

You have tried war, and war did not work. It killed your people and

destroyed your homes and businesses, sometimes ending with a clear victor

and sometimes not. But always the hatred and agendas lived on past the

battles.

You have tried regulation. Around the world governments have created endless

streams of laws to protect you. Laws tell you not to commit crimes and laws

help you to be safe in difficult situations (for example, laws tell you to

stop at red lights for the safety of all). We have no argument with these

laws which help societies to function synergistically. We do wonder,

however, why your laws replace manners, common sense, conscience or

responsible behavior, such as, if it's raining, turn your car's headlights

on. If you ride a bicycle, wear a helmet. No smoking here, no standing

there. And heaven help you if you try to carry toenail clippers onto a

commercial flight!

You have tried guilt. Good people are actually being threatened with

embarrassment and/or eternal punishment for honest choices. Obese people are

treated like lepers, the elderly are disempowered and their freedoms taken

away. Skin color, health, sexual preference, religious belief,

attractiveness and net worth are only some of the yardsticks used to measure

the appropriateness of a person's life.

But there is another way! And the other way is the doorway to freedom

worldwide.

There are only two requirements to freedom. The first is unconditional love.

love without agendas. Love given freely and without qualifiers. Loving

yourself because you deserve that love as a child of

God/Goddess/All-That-Is. Loving your partners, children, families,

friends

without making them earn that love in any way, shape or form. Loving your

neighbors (which includes everyone worldwide) whether or not they worship as

you do, look as you do, speak as you do or believe as you do. And loving

your enemies. by sending divine light and love to all for them to enjoy and

use as they choose.

The second requirement of freedom is responsibility. Most humans become

nervous around this word. On the small scale, we wish you to understand that

responsibility is a joyous opportunity. With it, most laws become redundant.

Responsible people would not smoke where it makes another uncomfortable.

Responsible people would police their own lives. Responsible parents would

raise their children and not leave it to an overworked and disempowered

school system. Responsible employees would work hard for responsible

employers, while those same employers would care about and enhance the work

experience for their staff. Responsible politicians would represent their

constituents and responsible corporations would develop products and

technologies which enhance life.

And on the large scale, we all create our own reality. Through

responsibility you will be empowered to create it joyfully. Are you aware

that creation without responsibility is one of the definitions of terrorism?

The end of terrorism and the victimhood which accompanies it, comes with the

practice of responsibility.

We are often asked by enthusiastic seekers what they can do to help the

world and all who dwell upon her. Our first response is always: send divine

love and light to all the areas and people of this planet. especially to the

darkest points. We suggest that this be done without any agendas for their

use.

The Healing Matrix

We also suggest that as many of you as are willing join forces with the

Healing Matrix which encircles your globe. This is one way to join:

Members of The Healing Matrix keep a simple box somewhere in their home or

business. In this box they keep the names of people, places or things which

request or need healing. We suggest that your own name be the first to go

in.

Participants send Healing Energy, Prayers and Unconditional Love to their

Healing Box containing the list of people, places and things as often as

their thoughts and hearts guide them to. At this time, they focus their

intention that these people, places and things receive absolute, miraculous

healing and unconditional love.

While they send healing and love to their own box of names, participants

also send Healing Energy, Prayers and Unconditional Love to the Healing

Boxes of all the other participants all over the world. They focus their

intention that these unknown people, places and things receive absolute and

miraculous healing and unconditional love, too.

All the Healing Energy offered is sent 'For the Highest and Best Good of All'

and 'With Harm to None'.

As you participate in the Healing Matrix, share your experience with others

and invite them to participate.

When your box becomes full, empty it and start over. We suggest burning the

papers you are releasing if you have a safe way to do so. If not, release

them with divine love and light before throwing them away.

It is that simple. There is no cost other than the purchase of a box. We

have often been accused of being a Pollyanna. To those who agree, we say,

" Thank you! " The pessimists who disguise themselves as realists have

had

their turn and it did not work. In fact, they have had so many turns that

your world is reeling from the results. And now. today. so many of you are

choosing to be responsible and loving that we see a new opportunity being

born into your timeline and dimension. As your numbers increase, the

probability of a remarkable, loving and joy-filled future increases

exponentially.

There was a song of great popularity in your last century. One line of it

speaks to our thesis today: 'Let there be peace on earth and let it begin

with me. ' You are divinely inspired beings with souls that bathe you in

unconditional love perpetually. Allow this love in. Accept it's gifts.

Become a living example of divine life. As you do, others will watch and

they will understand that they want what you have and, that they have access

to it from within themselves. They will awaken to the highest path of their

souls for this lifetime. and soon they will inspire others. and so on.

And as you choose responsibility - do the esoteric work described above if

you are guided to, but consider helping in more 4D ways as well. Do not add

to the difficulties of your world by thought, word or action. And if you are

drawn to situations in which you can offer help, do so. If you know of

children in need of food, water or safety, help them. If you see a world

dying of pollution, cease polluting. There are so many causes and

opportunities in which you may become involved! Choose how you will

participate, either directly in 4D or esoterically or both. and in that

participation you will become one of the creators of freedom worldwide!

We do not espouse any level of guilt or self-condemnation. We do not teach

lack or negativity. We suggest that yours is a world of abundance, joy,

growth and freedom. naturally! We suggest that you align yourselves with the

natural truths of your 4D reality. And as you do so, take appropriate action

and responsibility to assist the world's transition into this paradigm.

Your world today is the result of all the choices, thoughts, words and

actions of the past - both yours and everyone else's. Tomorrow is being born

from what you think, say and do today combined with the energy of your

desires for the future. At the very least, begin by creating your own

reality as a joyful, vibrant, evolving experience of freedom and

unconditional love. As you do. others will be watching, and hopefully

imitating.
