Guest guest
Is chiro calling it a frozen shoulder or is it only arm problem? I had frozen shoulder that my chiro said was one of the worst in his 30 year history and very painful too. It took a year to get it back to normal or surgery would have been a medical choice, but not mine. Feel well and we understan--stay quiet please! It's okay. Let me know if I can help in any way. Hugs, carol.......you will be missed, but not forgotten!!!Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: I should not be doing this right now..I have been fighting for the last week an impingement (sp) of nerves and blood vessels in the arm from the shoulder... Guest guest
Oh crap Suzanne! I have had those in BOTH shoulders!!! Hope your chrio can give you some relief. I remember my trainer at the gym telling me to use surgical tubing in a door jamb and take hold with one hand and pull across your body for an exercise to help that particular injury. Very gently, of course. Good luck and I'll be thinking positive thoughts for your shoulder! Shari

Guest guest
Now I exercise that shoulder, not as often as I should, by doing circles as if I was swimming. It was so painful. Even if you feel a little pain you do have to keep it moving even it means a pinch. Shari, yikes...both shoulders. Hugs, carolgSV <shavig@...> wrote: Oh crap Suzanne!
