I have done it ,I lost 100lbs and before I decided to have surgery I would have never dreamed I would be 100lbs lighter. My one year bandaversery is next month on the 20th. I started me journey at 290+? lost around 10 lbs before surgery and have keep on losing and here I am 100 lbs lighter !!!!!! I feel GOOD. God Bless.
