So i started eating a protein pudding every day. It comes in a can and only has 100 calories but it has 20 grams of protein in it. I also tried a new product from stacker called Bulk-45. It's flavored water that has 45 grams of protein in every bottle. There are also some protein bars out there that have anywhere from 15-30 grams of protein per bar. Sometimes i do half a bar between breakfast and lunch and the other half between lunch and dinner. I love tuna so i'm deffinitely gonna try the new product you mentioned.
