It's hard to find cheap tickets into San Deigo because it's such a small airport

much cheaper flight if you fly into Los Angeles then drive (2 hours) down to San

Diego...

Hi :

I live in Seattle and I use Southwest ALOT. Download DING on your

computer off the Southwest Air home page and they post flights

cheap. You have to watch it though because sometimes they only post

them for a couple of hours and then they are gone. Check it out.

Yeah, cheap tickets ususally mean layovers and late nights and/or

early mornings. They also sometimes require one to be gone over a

weekend. On many sites you can search for lower fares plus or minus

one day. I have found my best fares on expedia.com and also on

cheaptickets.com but cheaptickets did mess up once and they were

awfully slow to correct the $700 over-charge. Good luck with your

searching--sometimes you just have to keep checking and get lucky

about when you are searching. The closer it gets to travel time the

more likely fares will go up. Whatever it costs you are worth every

penny you are about to invest in yourself and your health.

I am from ny and have been to see dr A 3 times this year.. southwest seems to have the best fares... Leave on a tuesday if you can as rates are cheaper.. Good luck
