Nourishing Facial Scrub - FormulaBy Cait , Assistant Producer, Care2 Healthy Living Content. Simple SolutionDead skin cells can make our complexions look so drab and lusterless. But just because we want to shed those tired old cells doesn’t mean we want to use harsh scrubs that leave our faces blotchy and raw. If you’d rather soothe and nourish your skin while gently exfoliating dead skin cells, this formula is a must-try! It uses a secret ingredient that gives deep nourishment to the complexion, leaving your skin feeling smooth and revitalized. Here’s a hint: the secret ingredient is something we usually throw away (or compost). Find out what it is, and how to reveal healthy fresh new skin with this super formula, here. INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds (so rich in beneficial Omega-3 oils)1/2 banana, mashed1/2 avocado peel 1. Combine flaxseeds and banana in a small bowl. 2. Using the avocado skin as a scoop, scoop up some of the flaxseed mixture and gently, using circular motions, massage it into your clean, damp skin. Be sure to allow contact between the soft inside of the avocado peel and your skin. 3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, followed by a splash of cool water. Suzi What is a weed? +++Hi JDM. Yes, it would be a problem since it contains sugar. You can mix

olive oil with sea salt to make it abrasive, and if you want a good scrub use a

loofah sponge. You can also use egg whites, mixed in a little water, as a

facial mask.
