Guest guest
After years of having ear infectionsand lots of different operations in my left ear. 4 weeks ago I had a attico antrostomy radical modified mastoidectomy due to having cholesteatoma. I had an MRI scan which turned out to be fine. Since then my ear has been running every morning and I am concerned that I still have cholesteatoma or is this normal after surgery for your ear to discharge. I see my consultant next week but I am quite anxious about this. Could anyone give me some advice please
Guest guest
Hi, Drainage after surgery is perfectly normal after surgery. Usually redish to redish yellow in color. Hope everything else is going well.
