Hello fellow Coconut enthusists! I've really been enjoying using coconut sugar

in the place of more processed sweeteners, and now I'm looking for input about

using coconut sugar or coconut nectar (a syrup from Coconut Secrets) to make

healthy juice to feed to the local hummers. Anybody know of research or info

about this? Thanks for your help and joy in life!

Love,

Someone did research and posted on Amazon. White cane sugar is pure sucrose and the closest to flower nectar. Organic coconut palm sugar contains iron which hummingbirds can't process and eventually kills them.

i just read that coconut palm sugar is not good for them.hummingbirds can not process Iron which coconut palm sugar does have, so it would eventually kill them.
