Guest guest
Greg Rice, surviving twin brother to , gets go ahead to sue hospital from judge. A few of us have been following this as it raises the concern of intubation and/or aesthesia, the proper way for us or for our dwarfism. They are other links there to read and view, but I'm not sure if they're older ones or new as this article is of today. http://tinyurl.com/ez3lv ------------------------ Little People, Big World, second season to start soon TV Q & A 'Little People' starts new season Oct. 7 R.D. HELDENFELS Akron Beacon Journal Question: " One of my favorite programs in the last year has been 'Little People, Big World,' on TLC, featuring the Roloff family. My question: is it going to be on again this season, or just in repeats? " Answer: " A new season of the series will begin on TLC on Oct. 7. The 22-episode season will include a family vacation in Hawaii and a trip to the Little People of America national conference. " ------------------------------- Will ELL (limb lengthening) one day be as frequent as cosmetic, NOT reconstructive, breast implants is to some women today? See how the following woman who was fine in every way, not a dwarf who may have had some orthopedic probs thus prompting her to have ELL, but who had it just to become taller like some women have breast implants to become bigger. http://tinyurl.com/ff6kv ------------------------ Lastly, is it possible, and I know I'm sticking my neck on the chopping block here, lol, but could it be that 'The Wee Man', or Acuña as he is properly known, is actually promoting us in a positive way, as much as the Roloffs are in their documentary, too? I say this as the movie opened up in my town with many people, and I mean many, and most of whom were teens, from 12 to 19, and that's usually the crowd we tend to fear the most with their comments to us, but not one, and trust me they saw me without a doubt as I was hanging out in front of theater, not once did one make a comment to me, let alone a weird or belittling stare even towards me. So, strange as my comment may be here to a few, some, or many, is 's appeareance in that awful, dreadful, sickening, do not try those things on yer own type of movie, haha, be actually helping us too? I say this because a few teens did say to me, after asking them about seeing him in it, that seeing him in it was showing to them that he was NO different than the rest of the ap cast. In other words, they saw as being an equal, not someone below or beneath his ap counterparts, and isn't that what we're all striving for? What do you think? Does he help or hurt us? Or perhaps this, as the ap teens expressed to me, it didn't matter to them as they saw him as everyone else in the movie, and just as foolish too! lol I've included the link at the bottom, out of respect and because it is kinda rated pg-13, just to let everyone know. However, I like to be fair when it comes to news about us, showing not only the rose colored lens view of us in the media which we adore seeing, me included, but a different perspective here and there on us too, even if most of us may disagree with it, and that's fine too:). Because I believe truth is decided on yer own and not by my telling you which view to have even if I have it myself or I can so eloquently defend it. Because in the end, my friends, you must defend yerself as my one of my ap parent so valiently taught me. http://tinyurl.com/f8up9 ------------------------ luv y'all, big and small, grady;)
