Dear Inky,

Have you seen my tutorials with some auxilary labels?

what I did was research purchasign them' via theinternet. I found a

site that had examples of them and copied and pasted it. Of course not

they are not in any order but they are the MOST used or they would not

have advertised them.

When STUDYING pharmacology and USING my study TOOL or CHART you

should be able to see the section with precautions or

contrainindications. THAT is what you base the warnign or auxilary

labels on. Fromthere you choose the BEST label.

In your search for 200 or 300, SHOULD you actually find that many

would you PLEASE send me the link so that I can post it in the link

section.

Hope this helps,

Jeanne-

You can find premade charts as you describe from a number of sources.

Most often by label vendors. Here's a link to one such company

http://www.rjhealth.com/labels/labels.html

Also check with area pharmacies---they might have an extra chart.

Good luck,

Dear All and Dora,

I have added Tutorial Auxiliary Labels # 2 due to the site that Dora

has found. The site she found has much pharmacology on it as well. The

ORIGINAL tutorial taht I had made also has much pharmacology on it.

However it is presented in a different format. It is not as

interactive on the links. Also it is not in color. However it is very

much worth the read for the pharmacology. I will also place a link

from the pharmacology folder to these two tutorials.

So you will NOW find the two/both Tutorials in a Folder. It is the

FIRST folder in the file list.

It appears as the followng:

Folder title:

Auxiliary Label Tutorials

Examples of many labels. Some Pharmacology is here too!

Documents and descriptions:

Tutorial - Auxiliary Labels #2.doc

Second and most recent updated tutorial. The first or original

tutorial has other pharmacology information that should also be

studied. See below. 24 KB

Nov 23, 2006

Tutorial on Auxiliary Labels.doc

Original Tutorial - A description of some auxiliary labels, the law

regarding them and what a tech should know about them.

Hope this helps everyone and special thanks to Dora.

Dear All,

The Tutorial-1 Pharmacology Folder now has the following document:

Document Title: Precautions, Auxiliary Labels and Drug - Food Inteactions.

Description: A unique way of learning drug or food interactions and

precautions is by studying auxiliary labels . There are two tutorials

to teach you some of this type of pharmacology . Go to the folder

called: Auxiliary Labels in this Tutorial Folder.

Hope this helps in cross researching the site.

Please check out the tutorial for auxilary labels that I placed in

2004 in addition to the site that Dora listed.

Some lengthy explanations of grapefruit interactions etc.

Dear Inky

Great! Looking forward to it.

Pay particular attention to those that have to do with storage and handling.

Thanks
