[personal] Re: I finally know why I faint :)

I am so glad that you are doing better. I have had similar symptoms and I

also have a heart condition. In the summer I must stay very hydrated too or

else each time I stand up i feel woozy. Sometimes I go into Atrial

fibrillation. I have learned also, after demanding my doctoors to do

vitamin testing that I was VERY deficient in vitamin D. Also B12 ( as per

European and Japanese standards) Looking at me , one would never guess. This

has helped also. I reacted to the heart monitor adhesive too. It caused me

to have a VERY itchy blistery rash. You too? We are now testing for celiac ,

as celiac can present itself in many unusual ways , including heart

problems. Some people with celiac have absolutely no digestive symptoms and

feel " fine " . If you like I can email you at home my symptoms and some

terrific information . Getting off the gluten which has been a trigger for

me has helped very much. It will be great for you to be able to get out once

again to the outdoors now that fall is coming!

Hi, just wanted to say be careful with using coconut oil and a-fib.  U mentioned coconut oil soap...I am not sure about that but I know that eating coconut oil is a trigger for my afib and a couple others I know.  Just wanted to share what I learned.

Have a nice day.
