Hi Cheryl,

Wow! What an amazing message. I love hearing this. This is another confirmation of what I have learned to be truth. That Reflexology combined with the Life Lift breathing is one of your best tools in your search for success in losing weight. This is a perfect combination for those of you who are using the Body Wrap products or anything to help your body release waste and toxins. Each one of these things works to flush out toxins and waste. The Life Lift breaths do, the Body Products do, and then doing Reflexology stimulates the body to release the fat stored in your body. Wow! How powerful is that!

That will teach you to laugh at the Reflexology tape. LOL.

My intention is to help you all get rid of all that stuff you don't want one way or the other! Big giggle.

I have been doing reflexology with Life Lift for years, it makes me feel sooooo good.

I will add some more information on this in the newsletter that I am almost finished with. I am determined to get it out this before this weekend is over.

Cheryl, I really am happy for you. You deserve these good things to be happening to you. Keep it up.

Rashelle

The weight has really started coming off this week. The first week of Life Lift i gained a little . Now if my scales are right i have lost 7 lbs this week. I started doing the reflexology tape everyday. i wonger if this has anything to do with it. Because i really dont diet. I try to follow weight watchers, but i am eating more food than i ever had before and stuffed all the time. I sorta of laughed at the reflexology tape, but now i think there is some truth in it because that is all i have had time to do this week . Plus a couple of the other workouts but mainly reflexology. Could you send any other information on it that you have. Cheryl

HI Gail and Sue :)

I vowed Id lose 10 lb. before bathing suit time and it's still on me, in fact

maybe an extra pound or two has been added ugggg depends on the time of the

month lol

Be careful with any weight loss program, I went on the Zone with my hubby,

mainly a balanced protein/carb diet. I even bought the recipe book and

followed it to a tee, well I put on 10lbs and hubby lost 20 ugggggggggggg my

Mom looked at the book and the recipes and saw my problem. This diet required

me to eat 3 good meals and 2 snacks a day..............way to many calories

compared to what Ive been used to for years, so hence came the weight.

I am an awful eater, no wonder my oldest daughter is an awful eater too lol I

only eat what I want and how much I want of that certain item lolol like

meat, always the sz of my palm and veggies....lots of them but oooooh my

Oreos, OK a bag of those and I wont even tell you how many donuts I can eat

lolol

I do really good if the junk food is not in my house but hubby shops for me

sometimes and in it comes..........he's a procrastinator, he's supposed to

lose 50 before his HS reunion...... yeah right lolol

Anyway keep us posted, any fresh new recipes out there that are good for us

let me know :) and anything I can do to drop this 10lb., now 15 lb. let me

know lolol Mom said I need some type of exercise like Aerobics ewwwwwwwwww

she also said I might be Peri-menopausal......Im not talking to her now lolol

Kathy mom to Sara 9..........who looks FAT next to my oldest (sz 1) daughter

lol

Sue, do they have " Weight Watchers " where you are? I started on life-style

modification program in January and have lost 30 lbs so far... another 20

to do and I'm done... It really works since it's not a diet but more of a

life-style change... you might want to check into it...

Either way, I would love to be your buddy for the last 20 lbs... I'm

currently at 141 and will be happiest when I get to 120 or so... Let me

know!

I know!! I can go a couple of days without pop, but then i get cranky and a

headache! Can't stand the taste of diet pop. But will give it a serious

try! Heck I tell people to quit smoking so I should be able to kick Pepsi

for goodness sake! Right?

Sue, it looks like you've got the basis for a good group here. I need

to lose weight too. I lost about 35 about 10 years ago and never gained it

all back, and now over the last few months I have lost about 15 without any

concerted effort. needs to lose so I try to help him by not buying

stuff we shouldn't have. My downfall is snacks. We do almost everything low

cal, and low fat, and drink diet drinks, try to drink a lot of water. When I

lost the 35 I concentrated on it more but then reached the point where I just

couldn't get back into it. But now I've had so many things going on I just

can't concentrate on it.

One thing I would suggest. Don't worry about losing 50 lbs or 80 lbs.

That is so discouraging. Try to lose 10 pounds, not TOO fast, then think

about the next 10. You can DO that. And don't take pills. My daughter lost

about the same amount I did a little later but she was taking hands full of

pills and as soon as she stopped she gained it right back. At this point I

would be happy to lose 10 and then maybe after that another 10. If you get a

group going I'd like to be in it. Jessie

Count me in as a buddy too!

As I told Sue, I have a bunch to lose, and we are about

to move to a new state (I've been here since I was 5),

so I will probably be stressing. And what better way to

handle stress than to eat?!?!?! I am trying not to.

I already drink skim milk, caffiene free diet coke. I

got off the caffiene after reading an article about how

caffiene accelerates the loss of calcium and is a major

factor in the development of osteoporosis.

I am trying to drink more water, and trying to get going

on exercise. I am also watching my portions. I leave

the table after the first helping.

I look forward to talking with the " buddies "

I definitely want IN this weightloss group!! I started on Atkins January 2

and have lost 23 pounds - its a slow process. I am at a point now where I

can NOT for the life of me get down into the next 10 pound category and it is

killing me!! LOL One thing, I started drinking diet sodas again! Atkins

wants you off of ALL caffeine for the first two weeks and I did that,

sufferred thru the headaches with advil for a couple of days and was fine,

drank oodles of water. Now I thought well I can start adding diet sodas -

NOT!! So think I will go back to the induction phase of the Atkins diet and

start all over - then maybe I can get past this plateau. I've also added a

glass of wine like every other night and I think the sugar in that is holding

me back - so...no more wine for me for awhile. Let's kick some pounds off

ladies!!

Hi,

I'm having great results on the Atkins diet. I started at the beginning

of June and I have lost enough weight that people I work with are noticing

it. This diet has made me less hungry and satisfied more than any other, and

I've been on almost all diets known to modern man. I feel good enough now

that I'm going to start a weightlifting plan along with daily walks. I know

this diet isn't for everyone, but for those who can do it I really recommend

it.

Take care,

Judy

I've never liked sugared coke but I was pretty much addicted to diet coke

until all these svt's hit me and I was banned from caffeine, went cold

turkey on diet coke but eventually couldn't bare to be without the taste so

have resorted to the diet and caffeine free version, its almost as good as

the caffeinated version and gives me the taste fix I need!!

Hi Everybody:

I'm behind on my email so this post is a little late, but...

I'm usually pretty much a lurker, but there's a couple of things in this

thread I really liked. I've been going to Weight Watchers since about the

middle of January and have lost 35 pounds so far (way still too much to go).

I have started to " reclaim " my closet and that has been very fun. I'm

almost down to the weight I was when I got married and before I had two kids

(but I needed to lose weight then too).

I would love to be anyone's buddy for weight related issues as I know

exactly how one feels about stuff like this.

On another note, Noah - 19 mos., is starting to stand up in the middle of

the room by himself. He looks to me and wants me to start clapping and when

I do he starts clapping also. It is tooo cute. He is also getting much

more vocal than he has been in the past. He is really starting to become

much more of a little boy rather than a baby. It is so fun and heartwarming

to watch him grow.

Well, talk to you all later.

B.

Mommy to - 3 and Noah - 19 mos.
