Guest guest
if youwant to scrub use all bran! like sandpaper ANY veg or fruit that has soft fibre will do the job. some like beetroot are cleansers as is garlic. Psyllium is often used. Good Motion Restoration It is often possible to restore activity without supplements. However there is benefit in supporting a system which has been out of action for some time: see supplements below. · Lead in gently: if you have been on a low fibre diet then introduce fibre gradually over 2 weeks. · If there is difficulty in getting vegetables and fruit fibre in your diet then use bulkers. You may consider this a good lead in anyway. Psyllium husks or ground seeds, soaked and added to fruit/ cereal or cooked with porridge. Linusit Gold linseeds are adapted and can be used sprinkled on a variety of foods. The seeds are cracked which allow their swelling in the small intestine and not the stomach. Grind first and store in freezer for max 3 days. Mix into breakfast/yoghurt. Drink at least 150 ml water (1/2 tumbler) with each tablespoon. Start with 2-3 grams 2 to 3 times per day and work up to 10 gram, 3 times per day. · Exercise daily if possible but at least 3 x20 minutes per week. Walking/ jogging, swimming, cycling all exercise the abdomen well .. If this does not appear to be restoring good motions the supplementation is indicated and the root contributants must be researched further. cleansing via vegetables are certain vegetables better for 'scrubbing' the intestinal lining clean than others? for example: broccoli because it resembles a scouring pad? i've been asked to recommend specific vegetables for cleansing. any ideas? thank you! ritu ............................................. Guest guest
you need to be careful with people who have Croehn's Disease and Irritable bowel or any inflammatory condition of the bowel. In general, they do poorly with roughage and cruciferous vegetables and usually do better on fermented foods like saurkraut or miso. Fiber is actually microscopic so even if you juice or blend a salad, the intestinal lining is being cleansed. Look on the web for a list of vegetables and fruits that are alkaline and highest in minerals. Romaine lettuce is way up there and I juice at least two heads a day for myself along with celery, carrot, cucumber and zucchinni. I also chew my liquids to get the enzymes going. is Rotella, M.Ac. > > are certain vegetables better for 'scrubbing' the intestinal lining > clean than others? for example: broccoli because it resembles a > scouring pad? > > i've been asked to recommend specific vegetables for cleansing. any > ideas? > > thank you! > > ritu >
Guest guest
I'm not sure if certain vegetables are better than others but I've been impressed with the research behind a product that includes 17 fruits, vegetables and grains in a form that is easy to take. Just 4 capsules give my clients the equivalent of 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Nothing artificial and pesticide-free; only the water, sugar, sodium and some fiber is removed. That makes it even better than juicing for some (because there's NO sugar of any kind) and certainly more convenient. I had my SCIO for quite awhile before I even considered a 'supplement' because our training taught us supplements just don't work. And, like me, you've probably seen that in your clients. But the research and my experience with clients who take this product showed me it was different. It's bioavailable nutrition and that makes all the difference. That means it's absorbed/metabolized where other things are not. So I think even Dr. would approve of this one. It's called Juice Plus+. I think it's safe to assume we're all in this business because we have a passion for reaching and healing others. This tool sure helps because it's economical and easy to administer every day - and it works! Guest guest
I tested it on some people, one of whom sold this, and it has not tested well. The fruits test better than the vegetables, maybe because some people do not do well with grains. For anyone with a lousy diet, it is probably an improvement. However, even though the vitamins and minerals will be present, the life force will not be in the food. For someone really being careful about their diet, raw organic food is probably better. <gl_jackson@...> wrote: I'm not sure if certain vegetables are better than others but I've been impressed with the research behind a product that includes 17 fruits, vegetables and grains in a form that is easy to take. Guest guest
I am a Juice Plus+ distributor and a QXCI Therapist. My teenage daughter was anemic and my son always had headaches from not eating well. I started them on Juice Plus+ after hearing about it from a friend. They both felt the difference. To the point now that my daughter will not go to college without her Juice Plus+. Of course the best thing to do is to eat a healthy diet in fruit and vegatables. Juice Plus+ helps those that can not (especially my daughter at college). After seeing a difference with them I decided to take it myself. On the QX my nutritional analaysis always comes back with good reads. Since then I've become a distributor. Guest guest
The usana line of products were once on the matrix, The products tested very poorly. They are not in the matrix now. I have also tested them individually when clients bring them in. I am sorry to say but I do not find that usana products resonate well. Guest guest
My personal experience with Usana was not a good one. I found it created a lot of gas, very loose stools, bloating, headaches and nausea. I don't recommend their products. As far as cleansing goes one of the best products I have used and recommended to clients is called LiFiber by Enrich(Unicity) and has been recommended by Ann Louise Gittleman in her parasite cleanse speeches. You can get it separately or in the Paraway Pack (Parasite Cleanse program). I like the results and don't get the gas or bloating. It has both digestible and non-digestible fiber in it and can be used by people with Chrone's or IS. Guest guest
Hi Bala, Interestingly enough I have found usana performing very well, using testing against the meridians on the scio and also with muscle testing. Even though it is multi-level marketing, I'm impressed. There is a book published in Canada - Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements, by Lyle Mac that shows on a percentage scale the comparative value of more than 500 US and Canadian nutritional supplements. The results are astounding. The author is not affiliated with any company, is not selling any product nor is he receiving compensation in any form from these companies. His bottom line - with backup graphs, shows usana leading the pack. By the way, I don't sell usana so am not looking at any financial gain by promoting it. I just felt compelled to share this with the group.
