Any anti-oxs in particular that worked for you. What were your symptoms when

in the sun?

Yeah, I had troubles with the sun for a few years... you should

try antioxidants or essential fatty acids, and see if that makes

any difference...

As I recall, I got sharp pains in my head (top of my head). I don't recall

feeling most of the symptoms you describe, but it *was* a long time ago.

Things that worked for me, anti-oxidant wise, were Megahydrin, Amrit,

and organic juiced carrots.

Ian:

When you say light sensitivity, I assume you are referring to sun light

sensitivity or are you talking about sensitivity to light in general.

Not necessarily the case - lots of people read forum messages, but rarely

post. We have certainly met several ES people in the UK with light

sensitivity.

Jim,

Actually they seem to overlap. Sue had problems first with fluorescent

lights (more the EM field than the light), then with bright sunlight, and

now with moderate levels of indoor light too. All of them make the

ringing/buzzing in her head worse. This has taken a bit over a year to

develop to this level. Other people we've met have ranged from those who get

a rash in bright sun to a couple who need to sit in a darkened room almost

permanently.

Hi,

once ten/11 years ago i got a sudden problem with the sun. Also got an

infection under the ear. although i was not really es back then, i know it was

related// even though my skin is dark all of a sudden i got spots on my face,

like burns//

I drank bitter teas (like hombre grande which is cassia and sorosy, a bitter

blood cleanser, they are local treas here, but there are other bitter

bloodcleansers). I always like to clean blood with brewers yeast as well//The

best was another bitter product more native to Canada/US which is goldenseal.

Used it internal and topical (was a topical with capsicum and gum myrrh) which

took all symtomps away.. at that time the ear was the worse and puss seemed to

pull from all over my body and out//

Not sure if this helps.. try antioxidants for sure and maybe a carrot cream,

some have UV factor..

To help with photo sensativity the antioxidants to take is beta carotine. You

need the sun

so as to make Vitamin D. Until you can tolerate light you should supplement with

Vitamin

D too. Selenium and vitamin E help.

www.ceragem.com or similar product helps tremendously.

Best of luck and happy sunning.
