Thanks for all of the info.

Oil war? Who? Not here. I just want to know as much as possible so

that I can purchase the oil that is best for me and my family. It

looks like each process has possibly it's own pros and cons. I guess

every company will say that the process they use is the best. Is

there REALLY a BEST?

It would be great to get whole coconut. Is there a source here in the

U.S. for fresh whole coconut? I saw some at the asian market, but I'm

just not sure where it comes from.
