breast surgery

I would like to chime in with those who suggested blackstrap molasses

for anemia.

When my first son was between 1 and 2 years old, he was anemic. The

doctor put him on an iron supplement, which did not raise his

hemoglobin, but did constipate him.

Then I did some research. I gave him a Tbsp. of blackstrap once a day

in his milk, with a little honey to lighten the taste. Next visit, his

hemoglobin was above normal! I told the doctor what I had done, and he

was intrigued enough to write it down to refer to his other patients.

When I was pregnant with my sixth child, the ob was amazed that my

hemoglobin was so high. He said I had levels like a man, whereas most

women lose a lot of iron through menstruation and etc.

I told him about the blackstrap, too.

I believe it works!

Blessings, Jill!

Stuck,

Maybe try a smaller amount mixed with warm milk? I think it tastes like a

Latte that way. I can't stand it straight either, but sometimes I have to.

It's also good as a cookie, maybe you could make some healthy cookies with it?

I have read that folic acid and pomegranate juice are both good for

preventing breast cancer.
