Guest guest Posted July 18, 2007 Report Share Posted July 18, 2007 Hi Pat, The reason our company does not show the lauric content on our labels, is that we can't be absolutely certain of the composition of each jar. As I mentioned in an earlier post, it would mean having a different label printed for each batch. Because of the limits imposed by our production process, this would prove very expensive We can say that our lauric figure averages around 54%.....but we can't be absolutely certain of each jar. I would be totally amazed if any company can guarantee the lauric content of each jar.
