Hi Pat,

The reason our company does not show the lauric content on our

labels, is that we can't be absolutely certain of the composition of

each jar. As I mentioned in an earlier post, it would mean having a

different label printed for each batch. Because of the limits imposed

by our production process, this would prove very expensive

We can say that our lauric figure averages around 54%.....but we

can't be absolutely certain of each jar.

I would be totally amazed if any company can guarantee the lauric

content of each jar.
