I want to publicly thank Alobar and Carol our 2 moderators for keeping

the group running so smoothely. Its wonderful to be able to have 2

people in charge who are so fair and willing to let us be truely open

to all coconut and health related information.They are doing a

fantastic job ! And Yes, I love Alobars Posts! He lives what he

advocates.

I havent been able to help much in the last 2 months while my 79 year

old Father has been ill . I have had to be with him as he recovers.It

looks like his life and mine will get back to normal by Thanksgiving

(Nov 23).

I am also very pleased with all the Wonderful,helpful people we have

at this group.You are all so knowledgeable and willing to share your

knowledge. Alot of the information we share here is truely eye opening

and stimulates further education and research that will head us down

the path of true good health.It seems like 1 true thing , the goodness

of coconut, leads to another and another....
