A plain bald fact of this life is that you can't do anything without an

undesired effect. You have to learn balance.

Not eating cruciferous vegetables would practically mean eating no veggies

at all for me. I thrive on cruciferous vegetables and I react very well to

sulfur. I'm sure not everyone does, so what I'm going to say only applies to

those who have metabolisms like mine- type O, meat eater, hot stuff eater,

aggressive, thick bodied, etc.

I've eaten and cooked with coconut oil for a long time. I love it and it

helps keep me limber but it never did a thing for my thyroid. For that I

need iodine, LOTS of iodine.

MSM and it's parent compound DMSO have both been wondrous for me and I would

never give them up even if I did know that they were suppressing my thyroid

because I have found my cure for that, again, iodine.

That's just me.
