Guest guest
> > If you don't want to get your omegas from HFS bought oil / capsules etc. You need a jar with one measure each of sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and 3 measures of flax seeds. Put in sealed jar in fridge. Grind one tablespoon daily will give you your requirement of omegas plus 100g of oily fish twice a week is advisable too. I do believe vco is not a good source of the omegas so i think people should bear that in mind if they are replacing all their other oils with it. You can use cold pressed organic oil blend 1:1 ratio of omega 3 and 6. Hemp seed oil from hfs is good too. You can put these on salads. I suppose it is a matter of weighing up the costs involved and deciding the best and cheapest way of getting these oils into our diet. Well we never used to be but alot of coffee shops now like starbucks and the like have sprung up here. I did go into a coffee shop where they sold coffee beans and grinders and they were so expensive. I will have a look around but i think they may be cheaper out there cos you drink more coffee. I could be wrong i'll probably go into tesco or Asda now and find a cheap one. Sally > > > I want to make a ground seed mix. Guest guest
Sally, check the thrift shops ( second hand stores) I found mine there for under 5$ and been using it for years. Actually I have two(-one was a gift), one for coffee (for guests) and one for my herbs. Might also try ebay. huggs zoe Friday, November 10, 2006, 7:46:15 AM, you wrote: > >> > > > I did think about using a coffee grinder but we're not so into > coffee here. Guest guest
A Braun coffee mill with 13 settings works wonders. Have to be careful with the very oily seeds, use the coarse settings, because it will plug up the discharge chute. Easy to unplug, though. Mine is a type 3045. It is nearly seven years old. Cheers, Doug Re: what do you use to grind seeds? On 11/10/06, sallyhffmn <sally.hoffman@...> wrote: > > I want to make a ground seed mix.
