Well, i don't know many people who still buy real butter anymore, it's

generally margarine. But does that have those in it? No one i know

cooks with beef fat or lard either, usually they use canola or olive

oil. Do these have them too?

I use real butter. I never trim fat from my meat. I eat VCO.

Olive oil is good on slads. Never use canola oil.

Margarine is one of the worst fats you can put in your body. It is

transfatty acids at their worst. A totally unnatural food that is

highly deleterious to your health and well-being!

Read the labels. By the current law, they can SAY " zero gms of trans

fats " on the label if there is less than 1 gm per serving. So there

could be 1/2 gram, and it is still trans fatty acids. Since the

tolerance for this substance is ZERO for the human body and health,

and SO MANY FOODS CONTAIN IT, in the course of eating your way down

the supermarket aisles, you could consume a hefty portion.

If it says " partially hydrogenated " oil of any kind, it has trans

fatty acids in it, label info and claims to the contrary or not.

READ THE INGREDIENTS.
