The emails below describe just some of the horrible tortures and robberies that

are happening throughout the U.S.. Some of the damages of emotional,

psychological, and physical torture are mentioned. We must not forget that most

of the time the victims of guardianships (our loved ones) are strapped down and

drugged with the harmful " atypical antipsychotics " . Pringle has written

many articles which tell the truths about the frauds and harms related to these

atypical antipsychotic drugs. She, like Nanci of KEYE News, has reported

about the findings of fraud and abuse by (whistleblower) who has

The price that caring family members who have dared to notice and complain has

been too high. Most of all, our loved ones were tortured in ways which are

unacceptable to the world for prisoners of war. In my mother's case, with many

tortures and frauds exposed, with the same involvement of the same atypical

antipsychotics, Texas Attorney General's MEFU, took no action to stop the

abuses, even after the exposure of the indictment of Mariner for illegal

campaign contributions to the apparent ethically and morally challenged

Republican Party (the nursing home that had the most to gain or lose, as they

owned the pharmaceutical services provider that supposedly prescribed and

monitored drugs at all 3 nursing homes who tortured Mom and me). In my case,

Texas DHS (now DADS) joined in retaliate lies and defamation of my character,

just because I dared to notice and complain. Not to say all Republicans share

these disgusting traits; but as we continue to learn, there are too many. And

those who do not share the traits, should be assisting with a complete house

cleaning to prevent any more disgusting and imorral acts against citizens and

even children. The guardianship abuse by the Attorney AdLitem, who was appointed

to serve and protect my mother; but instead blocked reports of abuse and created

an arena of deceit to drag out the case until he absorbed all of Mom's funds, my

money, and Hood County tax payers (who picked up approximately 14,000 dollars to

cover the extended arena of deceit). This Attorney AdLitem just happened to be

the brother of the local Republican District Judge who like other government

representatives apparently values the blood money from these industries more

than the rights, health, and well being of our most vulnerable citizens. I have

a long list of government representatives who apparently did not have the moral

courage to stop Mom's abuses and seek prosecution for her abusers or perhaps,

they too valued the industry blood money too much!

Who in our government has the moral and ethical courage to stop these tortures

of our most vulnerable and caring family members? There have been more abuses,

more killings, and more tortures on our country's soil than reported in the

events of 911. Worst of all, it was not foreign terrorists who inflicted the

tortures, killings, and frauds; it is apparent that these tortures were allowed

and contributed to by government agencies and politicians that " we the people "

pay to serve and protect.

Most of us suffered great financial harm as we fought to stop the tortures of

our loved ones; but, far more damaging and disgusting, we have lost the pride in

our government, and we have to live with the horrible memories of our loved

ones' ruthless and evil tortures.

Citizens have the rights and the responsibilities to demand justice, care, and

accountability from those we pay to serve and protect. I continue to do just

that! Which gov. agency or representative has the moral courage to stop these

inhumane tortures and robberies of our most vulnerable citizens (even children)?

Dear Ms. Fleming,

I just read the news release on the grant given to the University of

Wyoming to train county official to stop abuse and sexual assault of older

individuals or individuals with disabilities. It states that you are a clinical

professor of medical education and public health, Sandy Root-Elledge, is the

coordinator of community education for the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities,

and that Nance Shelsta who is the Fremont County local coordinator.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but this program will address a

multidisciplinary approach to address elder abuse within the community justice

system which will include the City of Riverton Police Department, the Fremont

County Sheriff, the Fremont County Prosecuting Attorney, the Fremont County

Alliance Against Domestic Violence, the Office on Family Violence and Sexual

Assault, and Wyoming Senior Citizens, Inc. (the last I assume to be an

incorporated agency that which developed with support from the Area Agency on

Aging, County moneys, Donation for the Bar Foundation, The United Way, an

various philanthropic foundations or corporate funding; which was probably

created as a non-profit organization.)

Tell me Ms. Fleming, what are these agencies doing at the present time, on their

own, to stop the court appointed guardian abuse which deems these elder " abuse "

individuals as incompetent; stripping them of all their legal rights, forcing

them into a nursing home against their wishes, have, by law appointed guardians

and attorneys that " log " against the elder's " assets " , be it only their home,,,

to fight the caring families; while these families spend their live savings in

attorney's, time and efforts, emotional distress, loosing from work for court

dates, not to mention the emotional scars left to both, the family members, and

the elder now alone in a strange place, most of the time forced by bogus

allegations away from those they love?

Is there a group composed of families of victims (across the Country) of

elder abuse due to the disregard of the State Statutes, adjudication of elder

injustice or disregard to the Power of Attorneys, or legal documents which are

so often in place; yet, disregarded by those who are supposed to protect them?

Are your project participants able and have the legal power to enact in depts.

Investigations by established cases of abuse of power, and prosecute the parties

involved?

If not, then this is only more tax payers money to further create, a maze of

more government agencies duplicating services, or feeding on each other

" clients " or should I way " wards " by now needy of more government " assistance " .

So far, I have counted six (6) agencies participating and of course using up the

$450.000 grant, which will provide some jobs for certain people for three years!

That is, if the government does not " pick them up " and ear mark/ allocate future

money to keep this program running..

Property: and,an attorney for each court appointed guardian paid from/ " log "

against her only asset- her paid home. Abuse, neglected, found, " incompetent " ,

and Order to stay at three (3) different nursing homes against her wishes for 5

years. Lost her home which was paid for, sold by court Order, lost her bilateral

sight, and most of her hearing.
