Guest guest
Hi Bill! This song was made very popular in the US by Josh Groban and I agree it is an incredible song that I too enjoy hearing and reminding myself that I am here and where I am not only because of my positive attitude and zest for life but also because of my faith and my mother who has stood by me when I cried, pushed me when I needed and offered words of encouragement. I used this song at my wedding when my mom and dad came down the aisle as well. Stay strong my friends!! Hugs and smiles! Donna
Guest guest
Hi All, Its Bill from down under Australia. I am really so grateful to find such a amazing group of people like you all throughout the world. As I click onto my email button and have all these emails down load form all different people going through the same if not worse as we are going through, it truly blesses me. Some of your challenges brings tears to my eyes and what it has been like living with this thing that sucks life from our love one. However we must be strong for those who are suffering. My son Darren who sometimes is in so much pain that he cannot even move and can only rest on his bed until he the pain is bearable to get up, said to me the other day when I can came home from after a really rough day at work. Dad whats up, so I told him what happened and had a bit of a winged. His reply was, Well you can be negative about it or positive about it, I think you should be positive and look for the good in this challenge you are having. I looked at him and said, Thankyou I will. Sometimes we can truly learn from our children if we only listen. There is a group called Westside who sing amazingly beautiful songs that brought out a new single called, You raise me up. it really tough my heart and gave strenght when I was feeling very low the otherday. I would like to share some of the key verse in this song. You raise me up so I can stand on mountains, You raise me up to walk on stormy seas, I am strong when I am on your shoulders, You raise me up to be more than I can be. Never forget, God is always there. And if we continue to believe and pray, he will raise you up to be more than you can be. Be strong for those who are weak, for when they see the belief in you and the faith to press on, than you will make them strong so they can walk on stormy seas. I hope this will bless someone who is needing a shoulder to lean on. Bill & Darren ( 10 Still's )
