Guest guest
That was the same thing with my son but his would happen every 3 weeks like clockwork as well. Someone suggested to me parasites she mentioned the larva re hatches every 3 weeks, so I did Dr Hulda es parasite cleanse and during the middle of the program he had a huge seizure never had one quite like this (it must of made something rear its ugly head and hopefully now dead) and now it has been 3 months and not one single problem since not even a headache. I am so glad we did this. Dr Hulda e links parasites to seizures, I am thinking so far she is absolutely right. My son takes Superfood daily which gives him his vitamins and everyday I make sure he has fruit and vegetables, I also started him on the B and B tincture following the parasite cleanse, I wish I would of waiting longer before I started him on that. We've noticed that he has one seizure every week, occurring at nights sometime between Thursday and Sunday. Is this normal? What do you make of it? Guest guest
, so does your son take any anti-seizure medication? That would really be great if he isn't taking seizure meds and still, the seizures have not returned. thanks, Carolyn
Guest guest
I am trying to go without any meds too. I am just trying to get her to just eat good, healthful foods like salads, veggies, fruit, homemade soups, and some meat and butter (not so sure how healthy butter is). carolyn
Guest guest
Carolyn, No he doesn't take any medication, he did for the first six months then once I was home all the time he stopped taking it and we just tried incorporating a better lifestyle habits. He has been med free for a year now. He was on Depakote and that pretty much wiped out his 3rd grade school year. aigjr@... wrote: , so does your son take any anti-seizure medication? Guest guest
Did you just wean him off? We want to get him off his meds, but I’m so afraid of trying. His last EEG showed that the risk is still there. And, like I said before, he’s still having them once a week. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Kopera Sent: Monday, April 10, 2006 8:17 AM Subject: Re: [ ] x-post: seizures seem to occur on schedule Carolyn, No he doesn't take any medication, he did for the first six months then once I was home all the time he stopped taking it and we just tried incorporating a better lifestyle habits. Guest guest
I think real healthy, you need fat, especially if you get farm fresh organic raw milk and cream and make your own butter, you cant go wrong. Try everything, I know I am glad that I have otherwise I would be much sicker then my son was, I was Dx with MS 9 years ago and I have conquered that problem now I can say I had MS and hopefully as time goes on my son will be able to say that too!!! aigjr@... wrote: I am trying to go without any meds too. Guest guest
No I didn't he pretty much did it himself. He wasn't taking his meds like he was suppose to anyhow for no particular reason it just happened that way, I guess he wasn't having a whole bunch of problems so it was easy to forget for all of us at the time. Once summer came my husband and I agreed mutually to give it a shot without meds all together and see how it goes. When he was taking the Depakote he didn't seem to have a headache problem at all and this 3 week thing didn't happen will he was on that either. But once the drugs were done the headache/throw up/sleep it off thing happened every 3 weeks then eventually it narrowed down to just a headache and like clockwork every 3 weeks. Someone suggested the parasite program and myself I like Hulda es so we followed that and in the middle of the program he had a whammy of a seizures, it scared the living daylights out of me, I thought he was having a heart attack, hopefully it was killing whatever has been causing this in him. Now there hasn't been a problem since it is right over the 3 month mark, so this is incredible not a headache or anything, so I believe what Hulda e says has played trued so far. Read what she has to say you can go to www.curezone.com and see what you think. From what I have learned from all this natural healing sometimes you don't want to stop abruptly the meds just incorporate some of these ideas with what you are already doing and if you see success then go from there. Guest guest
Hi , The same happened with my daughter: she had one seizure on schedule every 7 to 10 days, last year. We spoke to the neurologist about it, and he said that the brain lays down something like a pattern, which is enforced every time a seizure occurs. He said anti-seizure medication is useful to break this repetitive cycle. Like water running down a hill everytime it rains...eventually there is a groove, and later a canyon... so it must be stopped/controlled/ diverted asap. Of course nutrition is the first thing to pay attention to, but we did all that with her: EFA's, B-complex, etc, etc. the seizures wouldn't stop, so I am very grateful for anti-seizure medication. Of course the jackpot would be no seizures and no medication, but until then at least her seizures are under control (even with the less sharpness it brings with it). I could see they were hurting her. Lorinda
