cramping w/ blood in urine

Hi group,

I looked in the archives to review older posts. The closest thing I could relate

to was previous posts regarding UTI, or stones.

Could someone please ease my mind? I have had cramping for a few hours today,

than noticed blood in my urine. I'm not quite sure how to proceed since I have

never experienced this before.
