Chewing gum and my new reality

Hello Bee,

First, let me thank you for your reply to my first post a few weeks back; it

helped a lot! I have dry mouth so am always chewing gum to keep it moist, but

the gum I chew (even though sugarless, haha) has sorbitol and sugar alcohols in

it. I'm pretty sure that's why I can't kill the sugar cravings completely. Can

you recommend a REAL sugar free gum that wont taste like a leather belt? Also, I

just realized the amount of time it's gonna take to get well and it floored me.

My symptoms are still very irriating daily, from burning and aching pains under

my arms and sides, legs, to suddenly being very tired. The brain fog comes and

goes, thankfully. Last night I had a monster cramp in my lower left leg outa

nowhere but it only lasted for about a 1/2 hour. I want to encourage everyone

out there to stay the course and stick to the diet and supplements as best as

possible. Because of the nature of my job I sometimes have to eat some

borderline stuff, or not eat at all. I have a stressful job in surgery with long

hours, plus I am also going to school, and am a husband and a father by the

grace of God. But I know WE ALL can make it! Finally, I just ordered the yeast

flakes and some cod liver oil from iHerb. Can't wait to try them out--thanks

for making them available on your site. My best to you always, Bee, and thank

you very much!

Mike
