Did u know a side effect of beta blockers is pounding and racing heart! My

doctor tried to put me on them last year. My pulse was in the stroke zone

non-stop. I read everything (now) so I read the warnings on the beta blocker,

" It said it could cause racing heart or high blood pressure. " I thought my gosh,

he's trying to kill me. I threw them in the trash.

I'm sure with time you will be able to get off the Beta Blockers, as they cause

so many other side affects.

My digestive problems, which I have had for so many years, are now healing and I

am so glad I found Bee's wonderful group.
