Since I started this diet, my body is kind of flabby with cellulite almost everywhere. Before the diet, I wasn't doing much exercise, but my body looked toned, because I was a vegetarian. I guess tae bo kind of exercise would be too overwhelming while the body is healing, but " softer " exercise, like pilates or yoga I don't think they can really tone the body (at least not to the extent I want). Bee will probably say weight should be the least of my problems and that I don't need to exercise. But boy do I want to have flat abdomen again! Plus my legs are fat, and I refuse to have bat wings-arms! I am a young woman who never had flabby body, so is hard for me to watch this new body in the mirror, it's almost like someone else's body.
