So, I'll just place another order. +++That's good Sharon. > > I am so full of questions - and, I keep finding answers in your website links. What a thorough, straight-forward website! > > I started cleaning up my diet about two months ago, and stumbled upon your site maybe a month ago. I am working on gathering all the supplements you recommend. Some of your recommendations give me pause, but I am trusting your guidance. The amount of coconut oil and salt shakes me a bit, but I'm reading your explanations and forging ahead. I am now 62. +++Keep reading since it will all make more sense and come together for you the more you learn. Yesterday I made a mistake when talking to a friend. I said " the more I know the more I wish I didn't know. " lol! +++Actually I meant to say " the more I know the more I realize I don't know. " That kind of " slip " means I can get overwhelmed by so much information, and a lot of it is so conflicting I have to dig and dig and dig to get at the truth, which is hard sometimes. So I understand what you and others can go through when first starting to learn about my program. > > An unanswered question: > - Does not having a spleen affect the program in any way? I was in a bicycle accident (hit by a car) in 1995 and lost my spleen. Also, broken arm, ligaments torn from right knee, various other abrasions. Does not having a spleen add to the candida difficulties? +++Not having a spleen would not add to your health problems, since the main function of the spleen, besides holding an emergency blood supply and making blood, is involved in the false antibody theory. Your bone marrow takes over making blood when you don't have a spleen. In continuing with this program, will I have to retrace this accident? Yikes! +++You will, but don't be afraid since retracing pain is much less, and the duration is short by comparison, since it takes 1 month for every year to reheal and rebuild an area. +++For example if the duration of your pain and suffering was 6 weeks which is 11.5% of a year, retracing it will take 11.5% of a month or approximately 3.5 days.
